Registering a group is easy! To begin checking out, select the number of passes that you need. You can select a mix of different pass types in a single transaction.
Enter your contact details and you'll receive a summary of every pass that you registered. Each of the folks that you assign a pass to will also receive an individual confirmation email.
Later, you can access your registrations and view all passes for which you are the buyer.

We get it, things get in the way. If you have a VIP pass, you can rewatch sessions at any time.
If you originally registered for a Starter Pass and later decided you really want to get in on the breakout session action, we'd be happy to help you upgrade your pass. The price to upgrade will depend on the price you paid for your pass originally, so we'll provide a quote for the upgrade. After confirming your upgrade, you'll need to pay the additional charges via credit card.To start the upgrade process, just get in touch with us by replying to your registration confirmation email or emailing us at help@dc.com.
We offer English closed captions or transcripts for all of our content as well as French and German subtitles for select content.
Things happen, we understand. Our cancellation policy gives you the flexibility to do what you have to do if your plans change.You can get a full refund on your pass through March 20, 2021. If you cancel from March 21, 2021 through July 21 2021, you’ll get a 50% refund if you cancel more than 24 hours after purchase. After July 21, 2021, we will not provide a refund (regardless of whether or not you attend DC 2021) if you cancel more than 24 hours after purchase. After September 1, 2021 we will not provide any refunds.
